A Welcoming Table: A Ministry WITH The Poor Training Event

May 24, 2017 @ 10:00AM — May 26, 2017 @ 12:30PM Eastern Time (US & Canada)

At altar table or dinner table, in the meeting room or around the picnic table, this strikingly diverse congregation is thriving in part because of its emphasis on authentic relationship and mutual service. This workshop offers an opportunity to explore Haywood’s organizational structure and examine best practices for sustainable and transformational ministry WITH the poor. A focus of the workshop is supporting congregations in developing or strengthening ministry with the poor in their local communities.
